What is hypnosis?

Is hypnosis safe?
YES! Hypnosis is a trance state that encourages relaxation and stress reduction. HynoFreedom’s recorded sessions are filled with only positive, healthy suggestions.

Unfortunately, hypnosis has been given a bad rap by such forces as Hollywood or news shows that sensationalize it to sell their programs. In truth, you cannot be forced to do anything you do not want to do. A hypnotherapist can only make suggestions—it’s up to each individual what to take in or discard. HypnoFreedom offers only empowering and positive sessions for healthy change.

Can I get “stuck” in hypnosis?
NO. Going into a trance is as easy as closing your eyes, and coming out is as easy as opening them. You are the one doing the closing and the opening, so you are the one in control.

What is a session like?
In a live session, the client is gently eased into a relaxed state (also known as trance state), and then engages in a dialog with the hypnotherapist to find the root cause or any underlying issues and come up with solutions to solve the problem. In a recorded session, the recording will guide the client on a journey through their subconscious mind, allowing the client to gather solutions and positive states to implement healthy change. In both cases, the client is always in full control
